Thoughts on how your competitive experience as a Patriot League student-athlete helped you achieve professional or personal goals:
Being a student-athlete really taught me how to set long-term and short-term goals. Whether it is job-related or sports-related setting goals has always been an important aspect of my life. Setting goals has also kept me motivated. I am always striving to achieve my goals. I love a good challenge. Track really is a great sport for someone who like to challenge themselves.
