Darlene Gordon
Gordon joined the Patriot League in August 2007 as the Director of Championships and Business Operations - a newly created position at the Patriot League. She is primarily responsible for the planning and administration of Patriot League championships and the management of various business affairs for the League office and its membership. Gordon arrived at the Patriot League office after serving jointly at the National Association Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) office and the Mid-American Conference since 2006. At NACDA she oversaw the operations of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association partnership and was the program manager for a variety of award programs. The Eastern Michigan University graduate held the role of Women's Basketball Operations Assistant and Community Outreach Director for the Mid-American Conference. She also served as a transportation coordinator for the 2007 NCAA Women's Final Four. Previous to entering the arena of college athletics, Gordon was the owner and president of KGG Consulting Inc., managing her business from 1994-2005. KGG Consulting Inc. was an organization that aided physically and mentally challenged individuals find employment and training opportunities.
