2007 ZAG/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award and Squad
The National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced its 2007 ZAG/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award and Squad on Monday. As a team American was tied for second among Division I squads with a 3.51 grade point average. Bucknell, Colgate, Holy Cross, Lafayette and Lehigh were also honored as programs with a team GPA of 3.0 and higher. Fifty-four student-athletes coming from all six of the League's teams were named to the ZAG/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.
To be selected to the ZAG/NFHCA Division I Academic Squad, a student-athlete must post a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 or higher. Below is a list of the Patriot League's student-athletes that were recognized.
